12 ( Yes, twelve) years since we had our shutters installed we had our first failure. A pin snapped on one of the blades. Sent a message to Duncan on the Monday, received some spare pins the next day and fitted it myself in 5 minutes. Shutters back to how they worked 12 years ago. Faultless service from WCS.
